The Butcher’s Table is part of a growing family of brands under The Meatery Group, which includes The Meatery — Singapore’s first halal gourmet butchery — as well as Deli by The Meatery and Grilled by The Meatery.
The Meatery Group was built on one simple belief: premium halal meats, handled with respect, prepared with craft, and served with heart. The Butcher’s Table is the natural next step — a steakhouse that brings our butchery craft to the open flame.
Every cut we serve is hand-selected, expertly dry-aged in-house, and grilled over real charcoal to honour its natural flavour. From buttery Wagyu to bold Angus, and from celebrated classics to underrated gems, we let the meat speak for itself — no fluff, no shortcuts.

Butcher-Led, Dry-Aged Steaks
We’re butchers first — which means every steak you enjoy here is cut, aged, and grilled in-house. From buttery Wagyu to beefy Angus, we serve both celebrated and underrated cuts — like Picanha and Denver — each cooked over charcoal for that deep, smoky finish.
Whole-Animal Philosophy
We honour the whole beast. That means off-menu specials, marrow bones, and unique house-aged cuts you won’t find anywhere else. It’s sustainable, respectful, and incredibly flavourful.
Innovative Dry-Aging
Beyond traditional methods, we create aromatic, infused aging profiles for distinctive flavours you’ll remember — ensuring every visit offers something new.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Renga built his career in advertising and marketing, shaping brands like Gillette, Adidas, Pantene, Heineken, Shell, Toyota, and Bosch. In 2019, he traded campaigns for cleavers, founding The Meatery — Singapore’s first halal gourmet butchery.
That passion grew into The Meatery Group, now home to The Butcher’s Table, Deli by The Meatery, and Grilled by The Meatery. Across all brands, his ethos stays the same: respect the animal, honour the craft, and serve with heart. From butchery to flame, Renga’s mission is simple — exceptional food, made with care, and shared with the people who matter.
